ABOUT the purification plant
Located on Montegut St. between the Robertson and Claiborne bridges, our building is one of the largest near the Marigny/Bywater neighborhoods.
Originally used as the primary 7-Up bottling facility for the Greater New Orleans Region, we have provided modernized space for numerous local businesses and artists.
Our neighbors include JazzFest, many in the entertainment production industry and a variety of New Orleans' eclectic own.
Safe, adaptable environments that can be both collaborative or securely private.
Basic services (wifi, 24 hour access, etc) provided and all spaces completely customizable.
